Job summary

Impact Workforce Solutions partners with ConMet Operations in Canton, NC to fill a Precision Parts Manufacturing Specialist role on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:30pm–11:30pm) with occasional overtime on 10-hour shifts.

You will support molding and finishing lines by assembling, labeling, inspecting, packing parts to exacting standards, using RF scanners and molding equipment, while training is provided and pay is $22.00/hour with benefits including PTO, holidays, health insurance contributions, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• At least 12 months of related experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to navigate a computer and operate a labeling scanner.
• Demonstrated mechanical assembly skills and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions to the letter while maintaining a clean, organized workstation.
• Inspect components, complete assemblies, apply labels with an RF scanner, and package correctly the first time.
• Accurately capture production counts and scrap details.
• Hit production standards without compromising quality, safety, or environmental procedures.
