Impact Workforce Solutions in Canton, NC is seeking a Press Operator for a full-time role with weekly pay and benefits. Shifts available: 1st shift Mon-Thu 7:00–19:30 at $20.50/hr; 2nd shift Mon-Thu 19:00–07:30 with $2.00 shift differential making $22.50/hr. Overtime may be required as needed. Ideal candidates have manufacturing or machine operation experience and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, machine operator, or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to use a computer and handheld scan gun.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, label, and package parts according to work instructions.
• Operate production equipment and labeling scan guns.
• Record production, quality, and scrap information accurately.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors or leads.
• Follow all company safety, environmental, and workplace procedures.

Shifts: 1st shift schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am - 7:30pm Pay $20.50 per hour

Shifts: 2nd shift schedule: Monday - Thursday 7pm - 7:30am Pay $20.50 +$2.00 per hour shift differential = $22.50
