Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking a Panel Operator for the 2nd shift in Bridgeville, Delaware. You will control and monitor feed production systems, ensure precise batching, grinding and pelleting, and keep lines running smoothly.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of experience, basic computer skills, and a mechanical mindset. You will follow safety procedures, coordinate with QC and maintenance, and participate in sampling as needed.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor batching, grinding, and pelleting terminals to ensure timely, accurate feed mixes.
• Follow all food safety and NICARB/NAE procedures.
• Ensure feeds meet prescribed formulas.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed.
• Communicate with Quality Control, Mill management and Maintenance.
• Collect feed samples as required.
• Coordinate production with dispatchers and bin space.
