Job summary

AE is seeking an assembler to join our production team in a warehouse environment. You will read blueprints and schematics, assemble components per drawings, and verify accuracy during the build process.

You will work with relays, controls, I/O modules, and interfaces, ensuring proper wire routing and labeling. Candidates should be comfortable using hand tools and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches.
• Reading blueprints, schematics, or wiring diagrams preferred.
• Production or assembly experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude beneficial.
• Ability to follow oral/written policies, procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, or sketches.
• Assemble components based on drawings, engineering specifications and/or standard work procedures.
• Identify and obtain correct parts from stock by referencing documentation.
• Wire assemblies including relays, controls, I/O modules, and interfaces.
• Perform quality checks and complete documentation as required by the customer.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and communicate with engineering or leadership to resolve.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and follow safety policies.
• Cross-train in other areas and support other tasks as needed.
