Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and follow detailed drawings and procedures.
• Careful, accurate work with electrical components.
• Able to perform repetitive assembly tasks safely.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and work with hand/power tools.
• Follow safety rules and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom electrical control panels based on schematics and procedures.
• Read electrical prints and wiring diagrams to ensure accuracy.
• Perform panel layout, mounting, wire routing, labeling and final assembly.
• Use hand and power tools safely to complete tasks.
• Inspect finished work for quality and compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues and correct assembly problems.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory organization and material prep.
• Communicate status and needs to supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement to increase efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production schedules and deadlines.
