Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of painting experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Basic electrical wiring knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation, sanding, masking, and priming; mixing and applying paints and primer.
• Inspecting finished products and completing touch-ups; maintaining painting equipment and work area.
• Installing and testing wiring and electrical components.
• Reading wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Supporting trailer assembly and production processes.
• Operating hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and shop equipment safely.
