Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced math skills.
• Advanced computer experience (Microsoft Office and email).
• Hands-on dexterity and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and craftsmanship.
• 2–3+ years of measurement experience with hand tools.
• 2–3+ years of shop equipment experience (drill press, sanders, UV lighting).
• 2+ years' experience with cosmetic and non‑cosmetic paint and coatings.
• Ability to work independently or with a partner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for finishing and follow work orders to meet customer requirements.
• Perform cosmetic and non-cosmetic painting and apply coatings.
• Operate paint booth equipment and perform quality inspections.
• Use hand tools and machines to finish parts and ensure proper serialization.
• Read blueprints and review quotes for production accuracy.
• Collaborate with operators and engineers to troubleshoot finishing challenges.
• Maintain finishing area cleanliness and adhere to safety procedures.
