The position offers a pay rate of $21.59 per hour with a $1 raise after 90 days, plus comprehensive benefits after 90 days including medical, dental, vision, prescription

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust industrial paint sprayers according to work order specifications.
• Clean and prepare parts for painting, ensuring proper surface readiness.
• Load and unload paint booth stacks and prepare parts for inspection.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Support team efficiency and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Maintain reliable and regular attendance.
