Batesville is seeking a Paint Associate to paint production items per work orders, prepare surfaces, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area. You will contribute to quality finishes while supporting team productivity and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust industrial paint sprayers according to work order specifications.
• Clean and prepare parts for painting, ensuring proper surface readiness.
• Load and unload paint booth stacks and prepare parts for inspection.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Support team efficiency and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Maintain reliable and regular attendance.

Your Role at Batesville:

As a Paint Associate, you will be responsible for painting production items according to work orders, preparing surfaces, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring quality finishes while supporting team productivity.

The expected pay for this role is $21.59 per hour, with a $1 increase after 90 days. Actual compensation may vary based on department assignment.
