Job summary

Korry Electronics in Everett, WA is seeking a skilled painter to finish components with primers and paints, following customer drawings and QA standards. You will mix coatings, apply with an HLVP spray gun, and maintain paint equipment, while coordinating with inspection and production teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of painting experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years’ related painting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to follow careful directions verbally, in writing and from schematics.

Responsibilities

• Produce conforming product using drawings, specs and QA standards.
• Mix and apply primers, polyurethane and/or epoxy paints with accurate ratios.
• Maintain paint-related equipment and spray booth daily.
• Read SDS for all chemicals used in the Paint department.
• Dispose of hazardous waste properly and safely.
• Coordinate with masking/prep, touch-up and production leads on status and cure times.
• Perform surface prep, masking, de-masking, brush touch-up and spray painting.
• Operate HLVP spray gun and conduct in-process inspections as required.
