Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years' experience.
• Metalworking or metal removal experience; CNC certification preferred.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, part drawings, and quality checks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to use measurement tools.
• Strong team player with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work safely following OSHA rules and wear PPE.
• Perform advanced set-ups, load tools, verify settings, run first parts.
• Load and test CNC programs, adjust offsets and feed speeds.
• Monitor machine operation and ensure part quality.
• Troubleshoot, repair equipment and maintain logs.
• Cross-train on other machines as required.
• Perform general maintenance and keep area 6S compliant.
