Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred, with knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Strong communication skills and ability to read/write in English.
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude for production equipment.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility for non-standard hours.
• Stress management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety regulations and programs are followed.
• Follow plant policies, good manufacturing practices, hazard analysis, and critical control points.
• Read docket daily and verify correct product packing.
• Label current and upcoming jobs accurately.
• Inspect final product with quality checks and document issues.
• Complete proper quality bag checks every fifteen minutes.
• Maintain production pace and cleanliness; meet daily targets.
• Other duties as assigned.
