The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork, with duties across packaging, quality checks, safety, and collaboration across departments; training in GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, SQF provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions, procedures, and product labeling related to packaging and sanitation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to perform all essential functions of the position satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Perform packing tasks efficiently and accurately following procedures.
• Inspect boxes and packages for correct packing standards and date coding.
• Monitor overflow product to minimize waste and maximize recovery.
• Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Maintain accurate records related to packaging and production documentation.
• Provide coverage and support in other departments when needed.
• Assist with training new team members as assigned.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, and SQF training requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
