Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Packer I to safely assemble and pack various products according to customer specifications. You will operate manual and automated packaging equipment, apply labels, and ensure quality while maintaining productivity.

The successful candidate will demonstrate manual dexterity, good communication, basic math, and a willingness to train across packing areas. This on-site role emphasizes safety, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use computerized and electronic system to select, assemble, and package orders accurately, safely and with quality.
• Apply clips, labels; and insert products into tubes, boxes, and other types of packaging.
• Train and rotate through all packing areas; operate various levels of manual packaging equipment.
• Load specific components into automated packaging equipment.
• Follow written and verbal instructions via Packer IIIs or Supervisors.
• Maintain expected output levels throughout the shift.
• Examine and inspect products and packaging materials; identify defects and notify supervisor of quality issues.
• Adhere to all safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Complete requests with a positive attitude.
• May be assigned special projects or other duties.
