Job summary

Autonomy Staffing in Monroe, NC seeks a Print Shop Operator to operate label and packaging- production equipment. The role offers $19–$21/hr with a 2 on / 2 off rotating schedule across day and night shifts.

Ideal candidates will have manufacturing or print environment experience, be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs, and work reliably with strong attention to detail and quality. Rotating schedules include weekends and nights.
