Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Packaging experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on skills.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Ability to read measurements with calipers and rulers.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must communicate in basic English and have US work authorization.
• Preferred: experience in a printing environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify job processes and drawings prior to production run.
• Maintain quality by checking debris and overall quality.
• Record SPC data using digital instruments.
• Troubleshoot machine issues such as tension or web-breaks.
• Detail-oriented, deadline driven, self-directed and organized.
• Ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and ISO 14001 compliance.
• Perform other duties and participate in special projects.
