Job summary

Leupold & Stevens in Beaverton, Oregon is seeking an Assembler for the Day Shift to join our precision manufacturing team. The role offers a base rate of $18.00 per hour and a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule from 4:45 AM to 3:15 PM.

You will perform assembly, handle small parts, inspect quality, and follow diagrams and work instructions, using a range of hand and power tools. This position emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to manipulate small parts.
• Ability to visually inspect for quality.
• Detail orientation and passion for quality.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Desire to learn and share ideas.

Responsibilities

• Perform various assembly processes to produce Leupold & Stevens products.
• Manipulate and install small parts to create sub-assemblies and finished products.
• Clean and visually inspect products to ensure quality.
• Use a wide range of simple hand and power tools.
• Work from diagrams and work instructions.
