Job summary

RBC Bearings is seeking an Operator CL-B to perform bench operations on Teflon-lined parts, install liners, cut and trim Teflon, hone, and operate trim lathes and drill presses. You will help maintain production counts and verify dimensions using simple measuring tools, while keeping the Clean Room clean and safe and moving material as needed.

Additional duties include following lead/ supervisor guidance and performing other reasonable tasks as assigned to support optimal production and quality

Qualifications

• Performs bench operations on Teflon-lined parts at optimal production and quality levels.
• Duties include installing Teflon liners, cutting and trimming Teflon, loosening bearings, honing, and operating trim lathes and drill presses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate production counts and check dimensions using simple measuring instruments.
• Keep the workplace clean and safe, especially in the Clean Room, movement of material being worked on.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by lead person or supervisor.
