Job summary

Myriad Genetics seeks top-tier sales talent passionate about improving patients’ lives through precision medicine. As an Oncology Sales Consultant, you will drive adoption of Myriad’s oncology portfolio, secure new business, and support existing accounts in a high-impact territory.

You will educate providers on the clinical utility of our germline and tumor tests, integrate them into patient care pathways, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred; advanced degree preferred.
• Location: field-based role; reside within assigned territory.
• Experience: 12+ years of successful sales experience in oncology or molecular diagnostics preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen with ability to interpret and communicate data.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of the product sales process, including new business development and lead generation.
• Apply a consultative approach to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key oncology accounts, including community practices and academic centers.
• Develop and execute territory plans to exceed sales goals.
• Deliver compelling presentations on Myriad hereditary and precision oncology solutions to oncologists and healthcare teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and operations to support product adoption.
