Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a skilled Multi-Spindle Machine Operator in Menomonee Falls, WI. This role focuses on setting up, adjusting, and operating multi-spindle lathes and automatic screw machines to produce precision metal components.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience setting up, adjusting and operating multi-spindle lathes / automatic screw machines.
• Ability to read blueprints to tolerances and tooling specs.
• Experience with multi-spindle lathes and associated equipment (Acme-Gridley, New Britain, Euro-Turn/ZMC).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-spindle automatic machining equipment.
• Read blueprints and work to dimensions, tolerances and tooling specifications.
• Install and adjust collets, bushings, stock pushers, cams, gears, stops and cutting tools.
• Establish and adjust speeds, feeds, tooling positions and machine timing.
• Inspect first pieces and production parts using micrometers and calipers.
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling, programming and material issues.
• Change and maintain tooling and perform preventive maintenance.
• Produce quality precision metal components in a busy production environment.
