• Demonstrate ability to hold weld quality free of cracks, porosity and undercut.

Responsibilities

• Interpret welding blueprints and select welding process and parameters.
• Prepare joints by cleaning, grinding, and beveling for alignment.
• Execute MIG, TIG, Stick and Flux-Core welding on carbon steel, stainless, aluminum.
• Inspect welds and perform post-weld checks; document non-conformances.
• Maintain welding logs, ensure traceability and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a tidy, safe workspace; follow LOTO and PPE requirements.

Step into the shop and shape metal into precision-built partsPicture your day: you review a new set of blueprints, choose the ideal process—MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core—set up the machine, and prep surfaces so every joint is clean and true.
