Flooring Services LTD is seeking a dependable Multi-Drill Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate and set up the multi-drill press, ensure product quality, monitor material specs, perform preventive maintenance, and meet daily production schedules.

The ideal candidate has attention to detail, basic math skills, and a commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Prior machine operation experience is preferred, HS diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up the upper multi-drill press for productivity and quality.
• Drill upper ends according to the daily production schedule.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality and tolerance compliance.
• Verify drilled ends using shelf clips to ensure diameter and depth specs.
• Maintain quality of all processed parts and perform data entry daily.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance and keep the area clean and safe.
