Job summary

Step Into Precision in Hermansville, MI is seeking a Multi-Axis CNC Setup and Production Operator to join our 2nd or 3rd shift. You will guide parts through the entire machining process, interpreting blueprints and optimizing tooling to ensure flawless parts.

You’ll monitor cycle performance, adjust feeds and offsets, perform basic maintenance, and inspect with precision metrology tools to confirm conformance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework or certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience operating CNC machines in a production setting.
• Solid knowledge of CNC tooling, machining methods, and basic programming concepts.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, prints, and schematics.
• Comfort with calipers, micrometers, and gauges for in-process checks.
• Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving.
