Job summary

INTEGRITY JOBS is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up and run CNC equipment, read blueprints, and prove out programs on multi-axis machines. You will monitor operations, adjust offsets, and document production data for quality. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and team collaboration in a fast-paced shop environment.

You’ll work with a range of mills and lathes, from setup through changeovers, ensuring parts meet print specifications and tolerances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a machining certificate or technical degree is a plus.
• Hands-on CNC machinist experience and blueprint interpretation abilities.
• Strong grasp of G-code and M-code CNC programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC equipment to produce precision parts per print.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and CAD data to plan machining steps.
• Monitor operations, adjust offsets, tools, and parameters for quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to stay production-ready.
• Document production metrics and collaborate to improve throughput.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality procedures throughout.
• Support changeovers and refine setups with the team.
