Job summary

EHC, Inc. is seeking an experienced Motor Grader Operator to join our Southwest Florida team. Operate grader to shape surfaces, perform daily checks, and maintain production schedules while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with supervisors and crew.
• Experience with automatic grade control systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate motor grader to shape surfaces to fine-grade specifications.
• Perform pre-start checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain production levels, schedule tasks, and meet timelines.
• Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Enforce on-site safety procedures and guidelines.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
