Hansen Corporation in Indiana is seeking an assembler to build precision synchronous motors for HVAC, medical, farm equipment, and more. You will assemble mechanical and electrical components, gather parts, and ensure quality while adhering to safety standards.

This full-time role runs on 1st shift (Mon-Thu 6:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; Fri 6:30 a.m.–10:30 a.m.), with starting pay $14.50 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential. Lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to specifications.
• Gather and organize parts for motor assembly.
• Follow job instructions to ensure quality and performance.
• Inspect finished assemblies for defects and report issues to supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow safety procedures.
