Qualifikationen

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• 3-5 years assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with standard assembly tools and equipment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work within ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Assemble, modify, and rework mechanical parts and units ranging from moderately complex to complex.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, specifications, and process documentation.
• Position, align, and fasten components using adhesives, hardware, hand tools, and power tools.
• Support masking and part-marking tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Set up and operate departmental equipment, including rivet machines and punching machines.
• Accurately log work in ERP software (Epicor) and manage job assignments through the system.
• Work independently to meet or exceed project deadlines and productivity expectations.
• Assist other departments as required and help train new employees.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
