Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of mortgage, banking, loan operations, disclosure, or residential lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan documentation and disclosure workflows.
• Ability to review fees and loan terms with high accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Review mortgage loan applications and validate data before disclosure issuance.
• Prepare initial disclosures, revised Loan Estimates, Change of Circumstance disclosures, and Closing Disclosures.
• Monitor disclosure timelines and resolve data or documentation issues.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage disclosure regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records related to disclosure preparation and issuance.
