Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to operate equipment and perform tasks including inspection, data collection, trimming, testing, fixturing, assembly and packaging on a Monday–Friday schedule from 6 am to 2:30 pm in Billerica, MA. You will complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic math computations and data entry.
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb a ladder up to 15 ft., and stand for the shift.
• On-the-job training and flexibility across departments.

Responsibilities

• Verifies product visually and takes corrective action; ensures quality per specs.
• Performs operations on product per work orders and instructions.
• Finalizes paperwork and maintains accurate charts and records.
• Completes miscellaneous tasks to support production goals.
• Engages in continuous improvement activities and 6s/Kaizen events.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and adheres to PPE and safety rules.
