Job summary

Donnelly Custom Manufacturing Company in Alexandria, MN is seeking a mold technician to perform preventive maintenance, mold repair, core changes, and fixture work. You will follow safety guidelines, complete tasks with supervision or engineering direction, and keep your work area clean and organized.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, a two‑year degree in machining or tool and die (or equivalent experience), plus CNC mills and EDMs proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two year degree in machining, tool and die, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with CNC mills, EDMs, etc.
• Forklift license (preferred).
• Pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold preventative maintenance in a timely and complete manner
• Perform mold repair, core changes and/or revisions accurately and efficiently
• Build or repair fixtures accurately and efficiently with instruction from supervisor or engineering
• Complete relevant tasks as directed by your supervisor
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow written work procedures
