Job summary

Integrity Fusion Products, Inc. in Peachtree City, GA is seeking a Mold Technician to operate, maintain, and repair molds used in plastic injection molding. You will collaborate with the production team to ensure molds are installed correctly and parts meet specifications.

The role requires attention to detail, precision, and strong problem-solving skills. This is an in-person, full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential for routine maintenance checks.

Qualifications

• Understanding of injection molding processes.
• Ability to assemble, disassemble, and repair molds and related machinery.
• Precise mold setup and maintenance for high-quality production.
• Diagnose and resolve mold/machinery issues efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols when handling molds and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform and direct the mold and material changing processes
• Assure that mold set up, changeovers, and housekeeping standards are met
• Ensure new job start-ups run correctly, making any necessary adjustments
• Work with production personnel to ensure molded parts meet requirements, make adjustments as necessary
• Troubleshoot processing problems including normal adjustments and checks
• Ensure molding machines and supporting systems are set to correct parameters and meeting the production goals
• Verify process parameters and implement changes, as appropriate, to improve cycle times
• Stop production to correct any quality issues
• Review and inspect machines daily for maintenance issues and report to the maintenance department
• Comply with all safety, quality and work rules and regulations
• Note : Other duties as assigned
