Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Mold Preparation and Casting Operator in Irwin, PA. You will prepare pieces for molded-part production, mix resins to spec, and oversee casting to ensure high-quality parts on each shift.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-based environment, lifting 70+ pounds as needed and maintaining safe, organized work areas. Training will expand your casting skills and ensure compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical manufacturing training is a plus.
• Ability to learn mix formulations and use scales and mixers.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in following instructions.
• Capable of lifting 70+ pounds and staying safe on the line.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal workpieces and related components for molded-part production.
• Accurately create resin batches by following formularies.
• Oversee casting to ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Move, store, and stage raw materials and finished goods safely.
• Record and identify cast parts immediately after manufacturing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workstation.
• Coordinate with teammates to hit production goals and deadlines.
• Join training sessions to strengthen casting skills and knowledge.
