Job summary

SyBridge Technologies is hiring Assemblers/Mold Operators to assemble molded components into finished products, ensuring quality and meeting targets. The role includes detailed instructions, attention to quality checks, and a physical tolerance for stand/wear across long shifts.

Day shifts run 7:00am to 7:30pm with a 12-hour rotating schedule; overtime opportunities are available as part of a comprehensive benefits package. Join a team focused on precision and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components accurately according to detailed instructions and specifications.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards and specifications, inspecting parts and components for defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, procedures, and wear appropriate PPE.
• Monitor the assembly line for problems, material shortages, conveyor malfunctions, and other issues, reporting them to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and targets.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and keep records of materials used and production output.
