Job summary

ADDMAN Engineering in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a MJF Finisher to finish parts according to job sheets and drawings, ensuring high quality that meets customer expectations.

You'll work closely with the MJF Lead, project technicians and quality department to follow detailed work instructions and verify features. The role requires reading instructions, strong hand skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to read and execute detailed job instructions.
• Excellent hand skills and coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the MJF Lead, Project Technicians and the Quality Department.
• Perform work instructions as detailed on the job sheet.
• Compare actual part to job sheet/drawing to verify features, basic measurements and insert locations.
• Visually inspect parts for defect.
• Finish parts utilizing various hand tools to meet customer quality standards.
• Reject parts that cannot meet customer needs.
• Notify the MJF Lead of any questionable parts.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote a positive workplace.
• Assist in various stages of production as needed.
• Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned.
