You will read blueprints and specs, measure materials, monitor mixing conditions, and document batch information. We offer 401(k), bonus, stock options, and a chance to advance. Shift differential applies.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and technical specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Physical capability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing equipment to prepare materials per formulas and specs.
• Measure, weigh, and combine raw materials precisely.
• Monitor mixing times and temperatures to meet production requirements.
• Set up and adjust mixing equipment per SOPs.
• Inspect equipment and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Record batch data and update travelers as required.
• Communicate production issues and material shortages to Lead Mixer.
• Collaborate with production staff to meet schedules.
