Job summary

BLOX is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support the setup, leveling, and adjustment of adjustable threaded welding jig tables on the BLOX manufacturing floor. The role ensures dimensional accuracy, repeatability, and quality in our modular building solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude, experience with precision setup and maintenance, and the ability to maintain table alignment and condition for production readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in millwright or related skilled trade.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Experience with precision measurement and leveling.

Responsibilities

• Set up, level, align, and adjust welding jig tables per specs.
• Use precision tools to verify elevation, level, and alignment.
• Inspect tables and components for wear or damage.
• Lubricate, repair, replace, and adjust table components.
• Maintain setup records and conditions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering.
• Fabricate or modify brackets and fixtures.
• Move and position tables safely.
• Follow safety policies and 5S.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
