WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our Weld Team in a customer-focused environment in Kansas. You will produce high quality welds, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications while maintaining production records and coordinating with QA.

• MIG Welding/Fabricator experience (at least one year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
