Job summary

Advantage Manufacturing of Colorado Springs is seeking a Welder to perform MIG, TIG, and robotic/laser welding on precision sheet metal components with minimal supervision. You will read and interpret blueprints, set up welding machines, and work with fabrication, quality, and production teams to meet quality and timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years MIG and TIG welding experience; robotic or laser welding exposure preferred.
• Experience with thin-gauge materials and tight-tolerance sheet metal.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and robotic/laser welding on various materials per drawings.
• Interpret blueprints, job travelers, and weld symbols to ensure correct weld placement.
• Set up welding machines and robotic programs for routine jobs.
• Perform in-process inspections with basic measuring tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
