Job summary

Cardinal-Scale-Manufacturing,-Co in Webb City, MO is seeking a Production Welder to join our team. The role involves MIG and TIG welding, layout and setup, reading blueprints, and following job orders to produce precision parts.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma, 2 years factory experience preferred, and welding certification is a plus. We offer full-time hours, first and second shifts, OT as needed, and benefits including PTO and 401k.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of factory/manufacturing experience with similar equipment at high volumes preferred.
• Welding Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, fit, and set-up of equipment.
• Weld (MIG and TIG) forms according to blueprints and job orders.
• Select equipment and plan layout, assembly, and welding.
• Layout, positioning, and alignment of components for welding.
• Movement and positioning of workpieces using overhead crane.
• May clean or degrease parts using brush, grinder, or chemical bath.
• Troubleshoots welding procedures by visually examining welds for defects.
