Job summary

Advanced Integration Technology, LP (AIT) is the world’s largest provider of automation, factory integration and tooling solutions for aerospace, defense and space launch vehicle industries. The welder will assemble mechanical structures with precision, read blueprints, and repair products to meet customer needs.

The role requires 1–3 years MIG/TIG experience, associated certificates, and the ability to operate weld equipment, forklifts, cranes, and grinders in a fast-paced production

Qualifications

• Associates or Technical School preferred.
• 1–3 years experience with MIG & TIG welding and fabrication processes.
• Welding Certificates.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, schematics and measuring devices to fabricate parts.
• Tig & Mig weld components using Aluminum, Steel, and Invar.
• Repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping and reassembling parts.
• Operate hand and power tools and use forklift, cranes and grinders as required.
• Follow welding chart specifications and maintain quality workmanship.
