Viron in Temple, TX is seeking a skilled MIG/Laser Welder to support fabrication of custom industrial air-cleaning systems. You will set up and operate MIG and laser welding equipment, interpret blueprints, and ensure welds meet engineering specs and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have hands-on MIG/laser welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Overtime and teamwork with fabrication staff are expected.
