Qualifications

• This role requires a high school diploma or GED and strong manual dexterity.
• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods and read/ follow print drawings.
• Detail-oriented, quality-minded, and a good team player who can learn quickly.
• Basic computer familiarity and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Count parts for spare kits and assemble repair kits per prints and instructions.
• Insert parts into units using tweezers and small tools.
• Sort and visually inspect parts; participate in peer inspection.
• Create and print labels; package finished product.
• May perform limited final inspection under QA procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
