Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant micro assembly experience with automated microelectronics assembly equipment.
• Experience with electronics, cabling, and soldering.
• Hands-on experience with hand and power tools for ultra-small parts.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds several times per day/week.
• Experience with GPD dispense, MRSI placement, or H&K bonding equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and symbols; retrieve diagrams from different platforms.
• Experience assisting R&D and manufacturing engineering to modify processes or fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision components using hand and power tools and follow process instructions.
• Assist manufacturing engineering in evaluating manufacturability of new products and provide DFx recommendations.
• Use root cause analysis to understand failures and prevent recurrence.
• Prioritize tasks and perform cleaning tasks on equipment.
