Job summary

KYOCERA AVX Greenville LLC is seeking a meticulous visual inspector to examine microelectronic components in a manufacturing setting, using a microscope and computer monitor. You will package units per customer requirements and document production data in the system, while working the 1st shift (Mon - Fri, 7 AM - 3 PM).

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, good vision, and the ability to work in a clean room, lift up to 25 pounds, and wear PPE.

Qualifications

• Good vision to inspect small components.
• Able to sit for most of the shift.
• Work in a clean room environment.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and wear PPE when needed.
• Overtime may be required and attendance is essential.
• U.S. person is required due to export controls.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect units and complex parts using microscope or monitor.
• Load units into trays and prepare for packaging per requirements.
• Package units according to customer specifications.
• Complete documentation and enter data into the production system.
