Job summary

KYOCERA AVX Greenville LLC in Harborcreek Township, PA is seeking a hands-on electronics assembler/test technician. You will start with NPI through EOL, ensuring products work as intended and are defect-free, while leading RCCA processes to resolve root causes.

You will collaborate with a small team, perform regular inspections, set up tests, run ATP procedures, and document data per shop routers, EIDP and assembly instructions. Some soldering/desoldering and multi-station work are required.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Electronics Technology or 5-10+ years experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills are required.
• Ability to read routers, test procedures and schematics.
• Ability to understand and communicate work packages, risks and procedures.
• Ability to recognize problems and perform advanced troubleshooting.
• U.S. Citizen eligibility per ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks with a small team and manage risks and issues.
• Perform inspections to quality standards for tools and test setups.
• Set up and maintain test setups throughout production.
• Execute ATP tests and troubleshoot basic faults from manufacturing or test env.
• Document test results and product data per routing and EIDP.
• Assemble products using instructions, parts lists, and drawings.
• Solder and desolder components as needed; work at multiple stations.
