Job summary

Working under high-magnification stereomicroscopes, you will fix broken traces, swap microchips, and repair defects while adhering to IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards. The role is on-site with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; electronics certification/technical degree preferred.
• 1–4+ years in fine-pitch electronics assembly or hardware repair.
• IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721, or J-STD-001 certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform intricate hand-soldering of microscopic components.
• Diagnose, desolder, and replace damaged or defective parts without harming surrounding traces.
• Use high-magnification scopes to inspect solder joints for quality and compliance.
• Troubleshoot assemblies with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and test equipment.
• Adhere to IPC quality standards and maintain detailed repair documentation.
