Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience preferred.
• Reading and writing of English as well as solid arithmetic and Computer skills.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery, hand tools and handheld technical devices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Use micrometers, calipers, pi tapes and ovality gauges to verify dimensions.
• Inspect tubes for debris and perform visual inspection.
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Flushing operation: ensure adequate airflow and alignment.
• Document measurements in paper forms or ERP system and report non-conformities.
• Coordinate with Operations and QAQC teams to maintain product quality and safety.
