Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; PMEL or technical education preferred.
• 2+ years Metrology/calibration experience in regulated environments.
• Strong commitment to ISO17025/ANSI Z540 procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations, inspections, and measurements on test equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Document all calibration events in Mudcats database.
• Evaluate contracts/workorders to ensure feasible completion.
• Assist customers with traceability and calibration questions; resolve issues.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and lab safety programs in cooperation with the team.
• Quantify measurement uncertainty and sources of error.
• Prepare certificates and IM&TE for packaging.
• Perform minor repairs and related administrative tasks.
