• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.
• Read and follow visual aides, engineering change notices, or SOPs; determine acceptance or rejection.
• Select products for inspection and visually inspect for molding defects (splay, contamination, flash, color variation, voids).
• Dimensionally inspect product using micrometers, verniers, dial indicators, and CMM/OGP.
• Monitor dimensions using statistical quality control procedures.
• Enter standardized information into MES indicating pass or fail.
• Follow safety rules and company security policies.
