• Detail-obsessed mindset; ISO 9000/ISO 9001 exposure or certification is a strong advantage.
• Comfort reading multiple gauges, dials, and other measurement devices.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 30 lbs; frequent walking, bending, and reaching.

As our Precision Metrology Quality Inspector, you ensure every component that leaves our floor aligns with exacting customer specifications and our own uncompromising standards.A Night in the RoleAt 10:00 pm, you review engineering drawings, work orders, specifications, and routers, translating requirements into actionable inspection plans. You verify first-article parts, audit in-process work from 2–4 axis CNC lathes, and check purchased and finished goods. Your gauges, micrometers, indicators, and CMM are your toolkit for holding tight tolerance bands. You document everything—inspection reports, damage and return reports, rework orders—and immediately communicate any deviation to plant supervision. Along the way, you troubleshoot print and BOM discrepancies and lend a hand with ISIR and PPAP submissions.
